Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped with tracking from our fulfilment partners. Most items ship from China.

Delivery times after dispatch

• United States: 5–11 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
• Australia: 7–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods such as Black Friday and December, and customs checks, can add a few days.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for $6.95.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. The first tracking update can take 3–5 days to appear. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Duties and taxes

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. If they aren't collected at checkout, the carrier may collect them on delivery, and they're the recipient's responsibility. We can't refund parcels that are refused or held because duties weren't paid.

Address changes

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We can only change it before your order is passed to our fulfilment partner.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived 45 days after dispatch (US) or 60 days after dispatch (UK and Australia), we'll resend it or refund you. Full details are in our refund policy.
